provides creative direction and collaboration with clients and other creative professionals in customized teams to produce strategic communication and meaningful visual experiences.
Maria's graphic design and fine arts work has been exhibited, awarded and featured by different Institutions and publications around the world. She has written design articles and has served as judge in different design competitions. Below are some of her most recent and significant recognitions.

Maria Loor is an ecuadorian multidisciplinary graphic designer and visual artist. Her career spans from art to design and education. Starting in advertising at JWT- Norlop Ecuador, graduating from RISD with honors, working in new York with Roger van den Bergh ( today onomadesign), having her creative boutique marialoordg and being teacher and Head of the Graphic Design department at Universidad Casa Grande in Ecuador.
Among her various creative projects — personal and for clients — , Maria collaborates with Doctor=Brand and Vista Color Corporation giving creative direction and design consultancy for their clients and internal communications.
She loves to volunteer her time designing pro-bono for different institutions and causes, and mentoring other designers and creatives.
... when she is not designing on the computer, she is drawing or painting ..... or cooking vegetarian, running or away in her paddleboard :)
